This book is intended to provide practical advice and inspiration for acts of kindness, as well as the significance of helping others while helping ourselves.

We believe it is critical that we emphasize not just helping others, but also helping ourselves. Inclusive values, but not “real” inclusion in a divided society. The type of inclusion that brings all types of people together, regardless of race, gender, abilities or disabilities, political affiliations, or wealth status.
